    This engaging workshop or series of workshops will provide your group with exercises and tools to effectively reduce feelings of anxiety in the moment and to utilize in the future.

    Includes a guided meditation/hypnosis exercise for grounding and release of tension and stress.

    An introduction to anxiety reduction tools that can be utilized at anytime (Emotional Freedom Technique - tapping; Neurolinguistic Pattern NLP techniques and Mindfulness Techniques).

    Custom add-ins include: addressing test anxiety, study techniques for retention, public speaking

  • Visioning group workshop

    Appreciation and Visioning

    Group size 6-30 | 1-1.5 hours | Online or In-Person

    During this powerful guided hypnosis session, your group will explore what is valued and appreciated about team members. Additionally, insight about some of the less helpful distractions that are getting in the way of progress will come to light.

    This is a time to notice what is most valuable to overall team success and to create a vision for the organization.

    Facilitated reflection is an optional add-in to this program.

    The practice of truly being present can be life altering. So often we are pre-occupied with the past or fearful of the future. To truly be present and to fully appreciate the “now” is a healthy way of living.

    A guided meditation/hypnosis exercise will allow the group members to feel what it means to be present - fully embracing the here and now. .

    Your group will also learn mindfulness exercises that will interrupt old patterns for regret and/or fear. these are useful tools that can be used in every day life as well.
